Warping Problem

Warping occurs when the physical forces that come into play as a material is cooling down exceed the adhesion strength of the printed object holding it onto your build plate. Warping is increased, the higher the temperature difference is within the printed object, and/or the higher the difference is between printed temperature and room temperature.

Solution

1. See this reason: The first layer issue

2. The air temperature is too low, balance printing and indoor temperature difference, printing warped edge in winter can try to turn on the air conditioner.

3. Reduce the layer height printing and reduce the printing pressure.

4. Use Raft in the slicing software as the first layer to print.

5. Increase the printing temperature.
